New and improved pivot

I re-made the pivots but this time didn't get them laser cut. I just
drew something up on paper in 1:1 scale, carefully measuring
everything, then transfered to thin aluminum. Once the template
was made, I used my plasma cutter and drill press to make these
new pivots, which use holes instead of slots but still allow
a wide variety of motion ratios. This did involve shortening
the pushrods, but it was worth it.
