Door bars
I cut out the innder door structure and added removeable
NASCAR bars. I made one and attached it to the cage using
double sheer tabs made from .250" steel and an M10 bolt. Then I made
three more bars using the original mounts, that way the two drivers
side bars and the single passenger bar are all interchangeable-who
wants to try and figure out what bar goes where?
These bars are not required for auto-x but road racing mandates
them, so I made them just in case.
The doors are super flimsy so I wrote this on the door, but now that
I added that 3/4" square tubing across the top, they are pretty stiff.
